JUMPSTONE STUDIO SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time All custom 3D printed items require production time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Methods

Standard Untracked Mail: We offer low-cost or free standard lettermail to keep your costs down. This method does not include a tracking number.

Tracked Shipping: Available at checkout via Canada Post or Purolator for an additional fee. This includes full tracking and faster delivery times.
Lost Packages & Replacement Guarantee If you select Standard Untracked Mail and your order does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@jumptstonestudio.com. We will manufacture and ship a replacement order to you at no additional cost.
Delivery Issue Prevention To maintain our ability to offer free or low-cost untracked shipping to all customers, we monitor delivery success rates. JUMPSTONE STUDIO reserves the right to restrict shipping options for any customer or address that exhibits a pattern of lost, delayed, or undeliverable mail. In these instances, the customer will be required to select and pay for a Tracked Shipping method (such as Canada Post or Purolator) for any future orders or necessary replacements.
Incorrect Addresses Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We will not issue free replacements for orders lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
